President's Intelligence Advisory Board and Intelligence Oversight Board

This executive order restructures presidential intelligence oversight by replacing the President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board with the President's Intelligence Advisory Board (PIAB) and establishing its Intelligence Oversight Board (IOB) as a formal committee.
