Continuation of the National Emergency With Respect to the Actions and Policies of Certain Members of the Government of Belarus and Other Persons To Undermine Belarus Democratic Processes or Institutions

This notice continues for one year the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13405 regarding Belarus, maintaining sanctions blocking property of certain Belarusian government officials and others undermining democratic processes, committing human rights abuses, or engaging in public corruption. The continuation extends the emergency beyond its June 16, 2012 expiration date under the National Emergencies Act.
