Delegation of Functions and Authorities Under the Protect and Preserve International Cultural Property Act

This memorandum delegates to the Secretary of State the presidential functions and authorities granted by the Protect and Preserve International Cultural Property Act (P.L. 114-151). The Secretary of State must consult with the Secretaries of Homeland Security and Treasury, and other agency heads as appropriate, when exercising these delegated functions.
