Continuation of the National Emergency With Respect to Transnational Criminal Organizations

This notice continues for one year the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13581 (July 24, 2011) regarding transnational criminal organizations, finding that their activities continue to pose an unusual and extraordinary threat to U.S. national security, foreign policy, and economy. The President withdrew an earlier notice from July 19, 2017, and replaced it with this corrected version.
