Provision of Assistance to Jordan for Fiscal Year 1994

President Clinton determined and certified that providing U.S. foreign assistance to Jordan in fiscal year 1994 was in the national interest, as authorized by section 539 of the Foreign Operations appropriations act. The Secretary of State was directed to transmit this determination to Congress and publish it in the Federal Register.
