Presidential Determination

Determination Pursuant to Section 2(c)(1) of the Migration and Refugee Assistance Act of 1962, as Amended

President Clinton authorized up to $20 million from the U.S. Emergency Refugee and Migration Assistance Fund to address urgent humanitarian needs arising from the Kosovo crisis, including refugees, displaced persons, and conflict victims.
