Continuation of the National Emergency With Respect To the Stabilization of Iraq

President Obama extended for one year the national emergency declared in 2003 regarding Iraq's stabilization, which protects the Development Fund for Iraq and certain Iraqi property under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. This continuation notice, required by the National Emergencies Act, keeps in effect measures adopted under Executive Orders 13303, 13315, 13350, 13364, and 13438.
