Continuance of Certain Federal Advisory Committees

This executive order extends the lifespan of 14 federal advisory committees until September 30, 2005, revokes executive orders for 9 committees that have terminated or completed their work, delegates FACA functions to agency heads, updates membership of the President's Export Council, and supersedes Executive Order 13225.
