Delegation of Certain Authorities and Assignment of Certain Functions Under the Trade Act of 2002

This executive order delegates most presidential authorities under Divisions B (Trade Promotion) and C (Andean Trade) of the Trade Act of 2002 to the U.S. Trade Representative, while reserving specific authorities to the President.
