Further Amendments to Executive Order 12757, Implementation of the Enterprise for the Americas Initiative
This executive order amends a 1991 Bush-era order to implement the Tropical Forest Conservation Act of 1998 within the existing Enterprise for the Americas Initiative framework. It expands the Enterprise for the Americas Board's mandate to include advising on Tropical Forest Agreements, adds two new government members (from the Forest Service and Council on Environmental Quality), and updates various statutory references.
Coral Reef Protection
