To Modify the Quantitative Limitations Applicable to Imports of Wheat Gluten

President Clinton modified a 1998 trade safeguard quota on wheat gluten imports to include Poland, which had previously been exempt. The proclamation also converted the third-year quota to quarterly allocations and suspended GSP duty-free treatment for affected wheat gluten. The modifications took effect June 1, 2000, and run through June 1, 2001.
