White House Initiative To Promote Excellence and Innovation at Historically Black Colleges and Universities

This executive order re-establishes the White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in the Executive Office of the President, creates a new President's Board of Advisors on HBCUs in the Department of Education, and revokes the Biden administration's EO 14041 on HBCUs.
