Additional Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions
This executive order revokes 18 additional Biden-era executive actions, building on an earlier January 2025 order that rescinded 78 others. The revocations span COVID-19 data policy, foreign policy workforce revitalization, LGBTQ+ human rights abroad, federal contractor minimum wage, energy supply emergency declarations, Defense Production Act determinations for solar, insulation, electrolyzers/fuel cells, and heat pumps, biotechnology investment, arms transfer policy, worker empowerment globally, tribal funding reform, registered apprenticeships, and investment in American workers.
