Delegation of Authority Under Section 1307 of the Floyd D. Spence National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2001

This memorandum delegates to the Secretary of Defense the President's authority under Section 1307 of the FY2001 National Defense Authorization Act, which concerns certain defense-related functions. The delegation permits redelegation down to the Assistant Secretary level.
